2006-08-29 [Kuehne]: I used to work at a fast food chicken resturant (Chick-fil-A).. at night we'd do all kind of wierd stuff and try out new recipes (for ourselves not customers).. we used melted ice cream for a milk wash on the chicken breast, covered it in sugar and breading, then drizzled chocolate over it before frying it... not to bad actually.
